1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of services and the website of U POST LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “U POST”) by individuals who order or use our services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, “User”, “you”).
1.2. By using our website or ordering services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using the website or services.
2. COMPANY SERVICES
2.1. We provide services for the organization and delivery of international postal shipments, including customs clearance, handling, direct/return logistics, as well as additional services (e.g., cash on delivery, storage, redirection, etc.).
2.2. Services are provided in accordance with the terms specified in the public agreement, tariffs, and applicable laws of Ukraine, as well as international postal and logistics regulations.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT
3.1. To create a shipment, the Client must provide accurate personal and logistics information via the user account or appropriate forms.
3.2. The Client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. In case of false information, the Company shall not be liable for delays or errors in delivery.
3.3. The Client agrees not to send prohibited items, the list of which is defined in relevant regulations and in the Company’s rules.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The Client has the right to:
- Receive high-quality and timely services in accordance with the terms of the agreement;
- Request consultations and support regarding the use of the service;
- Submit claims in the prescribed manner.
4.2. The Client undertakes to:
- Provide truthful information;
- Not violate applicable laws when using the services;
- Comply with delivery, payment, and tariff terms;
- Refrain from actions that may harm the platform or other users.
4.3. The Company has the right to:
- Temporarily restrict access to services during technical maintenance;
- Deny service in case of violation of the Terms or suspected fraudulent activity;
- Make changes to the functionality or terms of service with prior notice.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. The Company is not liable for delays, loss, or damage of shipments caused by third parties, force majeure circumstances, incorrect information provided by the Client, or violations of customs regulations.
5.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website but makes every effort to ensure service stability.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
6.1. Use of the service involves the processing of personal data in accordance with the [Privacy Policy of U POST LLC], which is an integral part of these Terms.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms by publishing updates on the website.
7.2. Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
7.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
